The Royal Academy of Administration has completed the first phase of ‘National Collaborative Programme for Executive Leadership Development for the Public and Private Sectors’. The programme aims to develop a comprehensive community of leaders in the public and private sectors.

The Royal Academy of Management, set up by Royal Decree earlier this year, is currently developing the groundwork necessary to deliver on its principal mandate: to equip Omanis with world-class administrative skill sets necessary to assume leadership positions in both the public and private sectors.

His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Tuesday issued a Royal decree establishing the Royal Academy for Administration (RAA) under the honourary patronage of His Majesty the Sultan.
