The Royal Academy of Management Launches the National Leadership Development Programme “Etimad”

The Royal Academy of Management announced the launch of the National Leadership Development Programme for the Omani Middle Management in the Private Sector “Etimad”.
Dr. Fathiya Al Rashdia, Vice President of the Royal Academy of Management for Programme Affairs, stated that the program targets middle-level leadership in the private sector. The previous two editions have successfully trained around 400 leaders working in private sector institutions. The new edition aims to qualify 200 participants with the required skills for senior leadership positions, enhance their knowledge to achieve excellence in performance, efficiently accomplish institutional goals, and develop their leadership and supervisory skills to increase productivity in the private sector. These efforts will have a positive impact on the Omani economy.
The program takes participants on a a learning journey lasting seven months, consisting of four educational units built on guided specialized training, simulation workshops, remote learning, leadership sessions, group learning projects, and virtual Learning.
These components will enhance participants’ skills and understanding of digital business strategies, financial statement analysis, financial data analysis, creative thinking, individual and organizational leadership, innovation, and change management.
Registration for the programme will be open to Omanis working in the private sector and entrepreneurs starting from Sunday, April 21, 2024, subject to certain conditions that align with the programme’s objectives and intended purposes of empowering Omani competencies and national capacities through their development.
