Tasmu Initiative for Developing Leadership Capabilities of Omani Women
(Government Sector, Private Sector, and Civil Society)
Application Requirements
Candidates for the initiative (government and private sectors track) must meet the following criteria:
Be of Omani nationality.
Hold a supervisory position in either government or private sectors.
Have a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 23 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
Hold at least a bachelor’s degree.
Exhibit personal, intellectual, and behavioral traits that enable active participation in the initiative and adherence to its requirements.
Candidates for the initiative (civil society track) must meet the following criteria:
Be of Omani nationality.
Hold a supervisory position in civil society institutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic.
Possess an academic qualification, with a minimum academic education diploma.
Exhibit the necessary personal, intellectual, and behavioural traits that enable active participation in the initiative and adherence to its requirements.
Selection Process
The selection process for prospective participants will unfold in two stages:
Stage One
Nomination by their respective organizations, based on a predefined set of criteria.
Stage Two
The nominated candidates will undergo a comprehensive assessment process to identify those with the highest potential to excel and make significant contributions to their communities by leveraging enhanced leadership skills.
