The Maternity Corner at the Royal Academy of Management is a strategic initiative acknowledging the significant presence of working mothers within our organization, with 52% of our workforce being females. This dedicated space is more than a compassionate endeavor; it offers tangible benefits to both individuals and the Academy. By providing a comfortable environment for breastfeeding mothers. it promotes their well-being, leading to improved employee performance, motivation, and retention rates.
