It emphasises work ethics and fundamentals such as leadership, critical thinking, the code of conduct, and improving work quality and efficiency. Additionally, the programme focuses on self-development and continuous learning skills. Innovation and creativity are essential for achieving strategic goals, along with self-marketing, institutional loyalty, integration between institutions, teamwork, communication, and effective interaction with various leaders both inside and outside the institution. Finally, the programme delves into modern government management, focusing on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, performance indicators, goal setting, and institutional innovation.
