Master’s in Applied Leadership and Management (Digital Economy)

About the programme

Master’s in Applied Leadership and Management (Digital Economy) is one of the main routes into identifying and developing talent suitable for future leadership positions and other important roles that will contribute towards building innovative and future-minded managerial apparatus. This is achieved by equipping and qualifying middle management in the public sector to be leaders familiar with the latest technologies and tools, including The Fourth Industrial Revolution and its applications, major global developments, and the working mechanisms of international organisations.

The programme is designed in cooperation with Thunderbird School of Global Management, at Arizona State University, which is recognised worldwide as one of the most prominent institutions in leadership and management education. Its Masters degree programme in Global Leadership was ranked number one globally in the latest Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Rankings. Meanwhile, Arizona State University has topped the Most Innovative National Universities rankings by US News & World Report for seven consecutive years (2016-2022).

Programme participants will embark on a 12-month blended learning journey in which they explore topics such as leadership, management and innovation in public and global affairs. The knowledge path also includes specialised courses related to the global perspective on the management and analysis of relations and public policies, lean government, and other topics that bridge the gap between knowledge and practical application.
