The programme focuses on leadership presence, team development, strategic communication and the ability to guide teams towards shared organisational priorities. It focuses on turning ideas into practical outcomes, improving services and processes, and embedding a more innovative and user-centred approach to problem-solving within organizations.<\/p><p>The programmes are intended for\u00a0<strong>middle management in the public and private sectors, as well as professionals in equivalent roles across other sectors<\/strong>. Leading Through Strategic Influence will accommodate\u00a0<strong>50 participants<\/strong>, while Design Thinking: A Toolkit for Breakthrough Innovation will welcome\u00a0<strong>100 participants<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Both programmes will be delivered in English through an interactive digital learning environment and in collaboration with\u00a0<strong>leading international universities<\/strong>. The learning experience will combine academic insight with practical application, enabling participants to connect international knowledge and contemporary leadership practices with the realities of their own organisations.<\/p><p>Participants who successfully complete the programmes will receive\u00a0<strong>certificates from the Royal Academy of Management and the respective partner university for each programme<\/strong>.<\/p><p>RAM invites eligible professionals to apply through its registration platform or via its official website between\u00a0<strong>18 and 30 August 2026<\/strong>.
