The bespoke initiative contributes to building a strong pipeline of high-potential, <br \/>high-performing Omani leaders in the private sector and enhancing their organisational and socio-economic impact.<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p><p>The programme forms part of broader national efforts to invest in human capital development and equip emerging Omani leaders with the capabilities needed to navigate an increasingly dynamic global landscape. It further reinforces the role of the private sector as a strategic partner in driving sustainable economic development and supporting the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.<\/p><p>Bringing together\u00a0100 participants\u00a0from across the private sector, the programme is designed for Middle and Senior Management in the Private Sector , including department heads, managers, and professionals in equivalent positions. Delivered over six months, Etimad offers a comprehensive and experiential journey that focuses on strengthening the leadership mindset and capability of participants, combining academic rigour with practical application to real-world organisational challenges.\u00a0<\/p><p>The programme is structured around specialised learning modules, complemented by a leadership camp, blended in-person and virtual learning experiences, executive coaching and mentoring sessions, and applied projects. \u00a0These are designed to support participants in translating learning into meaningful organisational impact, contributing to national socio-economic growth and development.<\/p><p>Etimad focuses on developing capabilities across key leadership domains, including leading self and others, strategic foresight, financial and entrepreneurial mindset, and the future of business, from innovation to value creation. Through contemporary learning methodologies, participants engage in simulations, experiential learning activities, and RAM\u2019s \u201cMeet the Leader\u201d sessions, which provide opportunities for participants to learn from experienced senior leaders and gain practical insights into their leadership practice.<\/p><p>Dr Fathiya Abdullah Al Rashdi, RAM\u2019s Vice President for\u00a0Programme\u00a0Affairs, said, &#8220;Etimad reflects our commitment to contribute to the development of a strong pipeline of Omani leaders capable of driving organisational transformation and enhancing private sector competitiveness. Through simulations, applied learning projects, and executive coaching and mentoring, participants work on real organisational challenges and develop solutions that drive tangible impact within their workplaces.&#8221;<\/p><p>She noted that the programme is designed to strengthen participants\u2019 ability to think strategically, lead high-performing teams, make informed decisions, and navigate organisational transformation with confidence and agility.<\/p><p>The launch of the fourth cohort of Etimad underlines RAM\u2019s commitment to unlocking Oman\u2019s human capital potential and strengthening partnerships with the private sector to enhance the capabilities and mindset of a future-ready talent base.
