In alignment with Oman Vision 2040, the bespoke programme is designed to enhance participants\u2019 ability to navigate complex policy environments, address emerging challenges, and drive institutional excellence. \u00a0It equips them to develop effective public policies and translate national priorities into executable initiatives, delivering sustainable impact across organisations and society at large. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Dr Fathiya Abdullah Al Rashdi,\u00a0RAM\u2019s Vice President for Programme\u00a0Affairs, said, &#8220;The Public Policy Design and Implementation Programme reflects our commitment to preparing public sector leaders to respond effectively to an increasingly dynamic and complex operating environment. Participants will gain the strategic insights, analytical capabilities, and practical tools required to design and implement evidence-based policies and translate national strategies into actions that deliver a real-world impact.&#8221;<\/p><p>She added that RAM continues to offer bespoke, high-impact leadership programmes that respond to national priorities and contribute to building a more agile, innovative, and future-ready public sector positioned to deliver long-term value for Oman.<\/p><p>The programme adopts an integrated learning approach that combines academic rigour with practical application, enabling participants to develop a comprehensive understanding of the public policy cycle, from policy diagnosis and design to implementation, evaluation, and impact assessment.<\/p><p>Dr Ahmed Al Lawati, Programme Supervisor, said, &#8220;The programme has been designed to bridge theory and practice, enabling participants to explore contemporary policy challenges while strengthening their ability to make informed decisions based on data, evidence, and future-oriented thinking. The programme also aims to enhance participants\u2019 ability to communicate policy decisions more effectively, contributing to stronger governance, improved public services, and sustainable national development.<\/p><p>The curriculum comprises a range of specialised learning modules, including\u00a0Policy Design for the Present,\u00a0Policy Design for the Future, and\u00a0Public Policy in Action, alongside dedicated workshops on\u00a0Society and Artificial Intelligence\u00a0and\u00a0Leadership.
