Offered\u00a0in partnership with\u00a0Eller Executive Education at the reputed University of Arizona, the TTT Programme marks a strategic step towards building a national ecosystem capable of designing and delivering high-impact executive learning experiences aligned with the evolving demands of the future workforce.<\/p><p>His Excellency Dr Ali bin Qasim Al Lawati, RAM\u2019s President, highlighted that executive learning is a cornerstone the Academy\u2019s mission, as it moves beyond traditional training models to deliver unmatched value through experiential learning, fostering the practical solving of real-world challenges in rapidly evolving contexts and making an meaningful impact.<\/p><p>He noted that the TTT Programme is designed not only to qualify trainers, but to establish a national community of expert facilitators capable of designing and delivering innovative, flexible, and results-driven learning solutions that meet international standards and reflect global best practice. This investment in national capabilities and actionable strategies, he added, is central to enhancing institutional competitiveness and ensuring sustainable impact across work environments, in line with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040 to build a resilient, innovative, and future-ready workforce for the public and private sectors.<\/p><p>Dr Fathiya Al Rashdi, RAM\u2019s Vice President\u00a0for Programme Affairs, explained that the programme has been developed using an advanced executive learning framework that emphasises the design and facilitation of practical, outcome-oriented learning experiences.
