At the same time, RAM announced the launch of the second edition of its initiative, \u00a0titled\u00a0\u201cFuture Readiness\u201d, designed to strengthen institutional capabilities and align with global developments in the government sector.<\/p>\n<p>The agenda also included items on administrative development, reflecting the priority that\u00a0Their Majesties and Highnesses, the leaders of the GCC states, place on investment in human resource development and creating of conditions conducive to comprehensive national development. The meeting concluded with the adoption of the recommendations and outputs of the Technical Committee and joint working groups of the GCC Institutes of Public Administration.<\/p>\n<p>Established under\u00a0Royal Decree No. 2\/2022\u00a0and operating under the\u00a0honorary patronage of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, RAM plays a pivotal role in enhancing Omani talent and strengthening institutional capabilities across both the public and private sectors.
