The bespoke and groundbreaking initiative was designed to strengthen the capabilities and hone the leadership skills of national talent, which is a primary driver of today\u2019s organisational performance.<\/p><p>Delivered in partnership with Integrated Business Solutions (IBS), the\u00a0Future of Human Capital Management\u00a0Programme offered public sector human resource development managers a unique opportunity to enhance their skills and strategies in workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and effective communication. By equipping participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills, the programme contributed to enhancing organisational performance and improving productivity in alignment with national development priorities.<\/p><p>\u201cToday, we marked a significant new milestone that honours the efforts of a distinguished group of leaders in the area of human capital management. These participants represent a vital investment in contributing to the realisation of Oman\u2019s future vision. The customised programme was carefully designed as an enabling platform, enhancing participants\u2019 knowledge and honing the skills required for them to become strategic partners in advancing development and driving organisational performance,\u201d said Dr Fathiya Abdullah Al Rashdi, Vice President for Programme Affairs at the Royal Academy of Management.<\/p><p>She added, \u201cWe are confident that the alumni of the\u00a0Future of Human Capital Management\u00a0Programme will actively contribute to creating innovative and empowering work environments that support national objectives and align with the broader development goals laid out in Oman Vision 2040. The successful completion of this programme further demonstrates the firm commitment of the Royal Academy of Management to nurturing national talent, and we look forward to their valuable contributions to Oman\u2019s renewed era of renaissance and progress.\u201d<\/p><p>Over the course of two-months, participants in the\u00a0Future of Human Capital Management\u00a0programme engaged in an integrated curriculum that blended theory and practical application thanks to an integrated methodology. The second focused on succession planning, training design, and leveraging AI-driven tools to boost HR effectiveness. The third developed participants\u2019 skills in interpersonal communication, team motivation, and fostering collaboration across public institutions.<\/p><p>Participants engaged in interactive workshops, real-life case studies, structured dialogue sessions with local and international experts, and practical projects. The programme also facilitated peer-to-peer learning and cultivated strong professional networks to support participants\u2019 long-term career growth.<\/p><p>Participants reflected on the programme\u2019s value and impact through a range of perspectives.<\/p><p>Dr Khalid Khamis Salim Al Obeidani, Human Resource Department Manager at the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones, emphasised that the programme is one of the most strategic initiatives for national leaders in Human Capital Management, significantly enhancing the capabilities of participants across government entities and equipping them with advanced skills in HR and Human Capital Management.<\/p><p>Salim Said Mohammed Al Badi, Institutional Services Department Manager at the Authority for Public Services Regulation, said, \u201cThe programme offered rich content and a clear strategic vision for the future of human capital management in Oman, addressing critical themes essential to strengthening our readiness to contribute achieving the key national targets of Oman Vision 2040.\u201d<\/p><p>Reflecting on his personal experience, Mohamed bin Rashid bin Ali Al Sinaidi, Specialist Director of Human Resource Development at the Environment Authority expressed pride in joining the programme, affirming his belief that investing in people is the greatest investment. He described the learning journey as a transformative one that enhanced his personal and professional skills through knowledge exchange and collaboration with peers across government institutions.<\/p><p>The conclusion of the\u00a0Future of Human Capital Management\u00a0Programme reaffirms RAM\u2019s commitment to cultivating national leaders and strengthening human capital in line with Oman Vision 2040.
