The ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency Mahmood bin Abdullah al Aweini, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance, and was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Qasim Al-Lawati, President of the Royal Academy of Management.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The programme was delivered over a period of two years, equipping trainers from diverse government units and the private sector with the necessary knowledge and skills through discussions and educational modules. The aim was to enhance their training proficiency and align with global standards.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dr. Ali bin Qasim Al-Lawati, President of the Royal Academy of Management, emphasised the programme\u2019s alignment with the Academy&#8217;s strategic plans and its contribution to Oman Vision 2040. The emphasis on investing in human capital as a local added value was highlighted as the most successful investment. Gratitude was expressed to the Ministry of Finance and EIler Center for their valuable cooperation in meeting Oman&#8217;s institutional development needs.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">His Excellency Mahmoud bin Abdullah Al-Awaini, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Partnership for Development Programme, pointed out that the implementation of the integrated programme with the University of Arizona aims to enhance the system of functional and institutional performance by building a community of trainers in both the public and private sectors who are capable of transferring knowledge, skills, administrative expertise, and leadership to national cadres, while also strengthening national capacities. The implementation of this programme is carried out in conjunction with several programmes overseen by the Partnership for Development Programme (Offset) at the Ministry of Finance, within the framework of knowledge transfer and modern technology, as well as capacity building of national competencies in all sectors. This is achieved through partnership relationships that link the Partnership for Development Programme with leading institutions and companies around the world.<br \/>Dr. Yasmin bint Shannan Al-Bulushi, the Director of Train the Trainer Programme, explained that the programme qualifies Omani trainers in leadership. Its objectives include developing leadership skills, employing effective training methods, promoting collaboration among trainers, and engaging stakeholders. The programme utilises psychometric tests to assess trainees&#8217; behaviours and identify areas for growth. Emphasising quality over quantity, it aligns with the Academy&#8217;s philosophy of zero distance between trainers and trainees.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Abri, the Director-General of the Partnership and Privatization Unit at the Ministry of Finance stated that the programme aims to create a supportive environment for leadership and modern management. Its goal is to improve the working mechanism of central administrations in the state\u2019s administrative apparatus and enhance government work efficiency by empowering the Royal Academy of Administration to drive positive outcomes. Al Abri highlighted that the graduates have gained valuable experiences and knowledge while facing challenges and achieving accomplishments in their respective units and institutions.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dr. Ahmed Al-Lawati delivered a speech to the graduates, highlighting the distinctive features of the executive training program. He emphasized its advanced academic content and its focus on developing leadership and management skills. Additionally, the program aims to enhance the trainers&#8217; leadership capabilities and training methods. Dr. Al-Lawati noted that the program has instilled various leadership traits, including communication, assessment, and problem-solving through hackathons and other methods. Moreover, the program has facilitated the exchange of experiences among trainers and engagement with stakeholders, all to improve trainees&#8217; performance.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Train the Trainer Programme offers advanced academic content and focuses on developing participants&#8217; leadership and managerial skills. It emphasises effective training methods for acquiring leadership traits, such as communication, evaluation, and problem-solving. The programme encourages experience sharing among trainers and engagement with stakeholders.
