He stated that this necessarily entails enhancing the role which public administrative institutes are playing to contribute more effectively to accomplish the national vision and sustainable development goals.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">He also stressed the significance of adopting innovative ideas for leadership in light of various global changes and to keep up with the constantly changing global trends.\u00a0 He addressed the importance of developing the role of institutes to make it consistent and relevant in order to contribute to the development of Gulf human resources with the knowledge, skills, and intelligence that will make a real difference in practice.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">At the end of his speech Dr. Ali stated, \u201cI am honoured to welcome you again to the Sultanate of Oman and wish us all every success in our endeavours. I hope that this meeting will contribute to strengthening cooperation between our countries.\u201d<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">During the meeting, participants explored a range of collaborative topics in various fields of administrative development, with a particular emphasis on innovative training solutions aligned with emerging trends in the new economy.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The primary objective is to bolster government transformation, foster cooperation, facilitate knowledge exchange, and promote innovation within the administrative development frameworks across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The discussions aim to disseminate awareness and knowledge regarding executive and digital learning and training, fostering the adoption of best practices among member states and the broader international community. In addition, policies were discussed, and mechanisms were proposed for exchanging experiences.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Participants also discussed the announcement of the award for the best innovative research and practices in public administration institutes. This annual award recognises the production and documentation of practices and research in alignment with scientific standards in Arab and Islamic administration.\u00a0 The overarching goal is to foster collaboration in the local and regional knowledge industry based on global scientific development.\u00a0 Additionally, the award seeks to promote the development of innovative projects from the GCC countries in accordance with international innovation standards, principles, and methodologies.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">During the meeting they also discussed participation in international conferences and collaboration with consortiums to enhance cooperation to attain regional and international representation. This proactive engagement serves as a catalyst for developing influential international relations networks and showcasing noteworthy advancements within the GCC countries. In addition, it serves as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experiences among member states, facilitating the dissemination of successful practices in the realm of administrative development.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">As the meeting concluded, the Directors General of the Public Administration Institutes in the GCC countries expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Royal Academy of Management in the Sultanate of Oman.
