He affirmed that this Royal gesture reflects His Majesty&#8217;s interest on taking up the approaches of knowledge and learning.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Royal gesture also reflects His Majesty\u2019s keenness to promote and develop Omani leadership capabilities so that they could play their role in serving the Omani economy, while at the same time augmenting in-country value (ICV) in line with global economic trends, Sayyid Khalid added.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Meanwhile, Dr. Ali bin Qasim Al Lawati, Chairman of the Royal Academy of Management, expressed a feeling of pride and responsibility in the association of the Academy with His Majesty the Sultan\u2019s patronage. He reinstated the Academy\u2019s pledge to deliver His Majesty\u2019s ambition of positioning Oman among the global leading countries while maintaining the Omani originality.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">He expressed a sense of pride and responsibility in the association of the Academy with His Majesty the Sultan\u2019s patronage.
