This is in accordance with the Royal Directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to develop human capital to help achieve various strategic national objectives set out in Oman Vision 2040. \n\nTo this end, the Royal Academy of Management has announced launch of the \u2018Train the Trainer\u2019 programme derived from Developing Leaders and Future Foresight programme in partnership with the reputable University of Arizona (Eller Executive Education) will provide the initial impetus to the Academy\u2019s efforts to build national capacities in line with the goals of Oman\u2019s vision. \n\nHE Dr Ali Qassim al Lawati, President of the Royal Academy of Management, \nstated that the \u2018Train the Trainer\u2019 programme is aimed at preparing certified Omani trainers in the techniques and methodologies of delivering leadership training programmes at various local, regional and international levels. He added that the Academy will collaborate with the trainers at a later stage to deliver its future programmes under this segment.\n\nHis Excellency said the Academy will leverage its excellent relations with prominent international management training institutions to help develop a best-in-class curriculum backed by the use of modern, innovative and effective tools to become a leading global entity that is capable of absorbing and framing modern methodologies as per competitive and innovative fundamentals for the realization of Oman\u2019s vision.\n\nHe added that the programme has been designed to international standards.
